Edwardo's Pizza Order Form

Contact and Delivery

Important Information:

• Orders placed through the Dining Services Office will be charged the institute discounted price of $17 per pizza plus a 15% tip

• Limit 3 toppings per pizza within the discount (Veggie and Ed Special already have 4 toppings)

• Additional toppings are $2.75 each

• Each pizza feeds 4-5 people

• The 15% tip will already be included on your delivery sheet

• No cash will need to be exchanged with the driver

• Please send the invoice (the delivery sheet that is signed) to Dining Services within five business days for proper payment to Edwardo's and to avoid late fees.
