Missions Conference

Attendance Policy

Minimum Attendance Requirement = 5 of 6 sessions in Torrey Gray (mandatory opening and closing sessions) + 4 workshops in Sweeting.

Recording Attendance: All on-campus Chicago Undergraduate students must record their attendance for Missions Conference for the required Sessions and Workshops by entering the text code in iAttended app during the sessions.

Main sessions: Codes will be available 10 minutes before the start time of the session and 5 minutes after the session begins. (For example, 6:50-7:05pm) the late code will be provide after that.

Workshops: Workshop presenter will provide the iAttedended code during the workshops for students to record attendance into iAttended app.

Students working: Students required to work during Missions Conference sessions will be given a text code from their supervisor. Students are encouraged to watch the recorded sessions at https://www.moodyconferences.com/missions-conference/.

Off Campus or Online Students: Are not required to attend but are encouraged to participate in the sessions in person or virtually at https://www.moodyconferences.com/missions-conference/.

Conference Probation: The result of attending less than the required amount of conference sessions will be placed on conference probation. Those placed on conference probation a second time will be fined $25 for every session that is not attended under the required amount.
