Dining Services Funds on Fobs or Gift Cards

Our Dining Services Funds can be used in all areas of Dining Services—the SDR, The Commons and Joe’s—and is perfect for guests who frequent Moody.

• Moody saves money each time you use your Dining Services Funds instead of always using your credit card (each credit card swipe incurs transaction fees) 
• Easy and convenient
• Great for anyone on campus or visiting
• Preload with as much as desired
• Reloading is easy through any register or the Dining Services Office
• Can easily remove and transfer funds if lost or stolen (must register by emailing foodservice@moody.edu name, ID#, and card # for this service)

Student Dining Room

The Student Dining Room provides an all-you-can-eat buffet of healthy, fresh food options. Along with the main entrée, we serve a vegetarian option, deli bar, fresh pizza and recently added our non-certified Gluten Free Corner. It is a great place for employees and guests to fellowship with the students of Moody Bible Institute.

20-Meal Block Plan

The 20-meal block plan allows for occasional access to the SDR’s all you can buffet. This option is perfect for commuters or students with frequent visitors to campus. 

The Commons

Our premier retail café, The Commons, is where employees, students and guests can quickly grab freshly made grill items, pre-made sandwiches and salads, fresh pizza, homemade soups, salad bar items, daily specials or a snack.

Joe’s Coffee Shop

Named in honor of Dr. Joseph Stowell, Moody’s 7th president, Joe’s Coffee Shop  is considered to be the campus “living room.” Located in the second floor of the Alumni Student Center, this student-run coffee shop offers a relaxing atmosphere for studying or breaks.
