I-94 Automation

In March 2013, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) automated the Form I-94 at aid and sea ports of entry. The paper form will no longer be provided to a traveler upon arrival, except in limited circumstance. The traveler will be provided with a CBP admission stamp on their travel document.

If a traveler needs a copy of his/her electronic Form I-94 (record of admission) for verification of alien registration, immigration status or employment authorization, it can be obtained from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website

Moody students need the I-94 when starting an on-campus job and filling out the Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Vertification) with Human Resources.
