Health Service Fees

Payments for services and supplies are due at the time of service.  Payments may be made in cash, check, or credit card.  Payments may also be charged to the student’s account up until the middle of the semester.

If a student wants a Walk Out statement to submit to health insurance for a reimbursement, they may indicate that on the back of the Billing sheet upon arrival for their appointment.
