Mail Services exists to provide professional, cost-effective and efficient mail services to the Moody community using existing and emerging technology. We offer encouraging, timely, friendly and informative services at a low cost. 

Campus Post Office

Located in the lower level of the Doane Memorial, the Campus Post Office (CPO) is a full-service post office utilizing USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon and other couriers. All inbound and outbound shipping takes place at CPO. Student mail and packages are received here and the Moody community is encouraged to purchase postage and services through CPO.

The Copy Center, located in the lower level of Doane Memorial just north of the Campus Post Office, makes available cost-efficient, majority-service options for all printing, copying and finishing needs. The quality of Copy Center’s innovative options equals the market standards of corporate printing options for students and employees in printing and duplicating services at a fraction of the cost.

The Mail Center, located at 917 N Franklin Ave, just 2 blocks from MBI, serves the Moody community through fulfillment, inventory management, and bulk mail services. For larger mailings, the Mail Center offers address list accuracy services that meet USPS standards, storage of inventory in preparation of mailings and address verification through USPS approved software. We also have personnel who are certified in mail piece design. Contact the Mail Center before you begin your next bulk mailing.
