Missions Conference

February 6-9, 2024

MINIMUM ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: 5 plenary sessions in Torrey Gray (mandatory opening and closing sessions) + 4 workshops.

Fob-in for plenary sessions in Torrey Gray: All on-campus Chicago undergraduate students must fob in for attendance for Missions Conference plenary sessions.

Workshop attendance: All on-campus Chicago undergraduate students must record their attendance for Missions Conference workshops through this portal Missions Conference Attendance. Please submit this by Thursday, February 15 at 11:59pm.

Commuter & Hyflex students: Students living off-campus may view all recorded conference sessions through the Moody website at moody.edu/missions-conference/.

Student Workers & PCM: Students who must work or have their PCM during a missions conference session, please use the appropriate excuse forms (1) Plenary Sessions Excuse Form  or (2) Workshops Excuse Form. The Dean of Chapel will also acquire a list of students working in each department from the supervisors and/or managers. PCM takes precedence over any session, including the required Tuesday evening and Friday morning sessions. (see calendar p. 4 of the PCM Guidebook).

Conference Probation: The result of attending less than the required amount of conference sessions will be placed on conference probation. Those placed on conference probation a second time will be fined $25 for every session that is not attended under the required amount.
