Student Life Guide and Agreement

A thorough reading and understanding of the Student Life Guide (SLG) is required each year while in attendance. Students are required to read the online SLG and sign the electronic agreement that follows. The current SLG can be found on the student portal at my.moody.edu > Chicago Campus > Student Handbook > Chicago Undergraduate SLG.

The Student Life Agreement will be available to sign electronically through the my.moody.edu portal later in the summer. You will receive instructions to sign the Student Life Agreement upon arriving on campus via email. You typically have about three weeks from the time you arrive on campus to read the SLG and sign the Student Life Agreement. 

All students are required to electronically sign the Student Life Agreement by the date stated in the email. The Student Life Agreement can be found on the student portal at my.moody.edu > Chicago Campus > Chicago Student Forms > Student Handbook > Chicago Undergraduate Student Life Agreement.
