Attendance Policy
MINIMUM ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT = 5 out of 6 Sessions
*Morning prayer sessions in DA at 8:30am, they are encouraged but not required
Students working: Students required to work during Founder’s Week sessions are encouraged to watch the recorded sessions at www.moodyconferences.com/foundersweek/livestream/. The Dean of Chapel will request a list of students in this situation from their supervisors.
Recording Attendance: All on-campus Chicago Undergraduate students must record their attendance for Founder’s Week for the required sessions by scanning the Fobs before entering Torrey Gray for each session. Students are required to Fob within the 10 minute window prior to the session, scanning afterwards will be considered as tardy or absent.
Off Campus or Online Students: Are not required to attend but are encouraged to participate in the sessions in person or virtu- ally at www.moodyconferences.com/foundersweek/livestream/
Conference Probation: The result of attending less than the required amount of conference sessions will be placed on confer- ence probation. Those placed on conference probation a second time will be fined $25 for every session that is not attended under the required amount.
